M\u0103 enervez u\u0219or, nu m\u0103 mai recunosc, m\u0103 simt de parc\u0103 mi se tope\u0219te r\u0103bdarea.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perimenopauza nu este doar o etap\u0103 biologic\u0103. Este o <strong>tranzi\u021bie identitar\u0103 major\u0103<\/strong>, comparabil\u0103 ca intensitate cu adolescen\u021ba &#8211; doar c\u0103 societatea o trece adesea sub t\u0103cere.<br>\u0218i de aceea, pentru multe femei, ea devine o experien\u021b\u0103 de izolare emo\u021bional\u0103, vinov\u0103\u021bie \u0219i confuzie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 biologic (pe scurt)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perimenopauza marcheaz\u0103 \u00eenceputul sc\u0103derii progresive \u0219i inconstante a secre\u021biei de <strong>estrogen \u0219i progesteron<\/strong>, hormoni care au un rol esen\u021bial nu doar \u00een fertilitate, ci \u0219i \u00een <strong>reglarea neurotransmi\u021b\u0103torilor emo\u021bionali<\/strong> (serotonin\u0103, dopamin\u0103, GABA).<br>Aceste fluctua\u021bii hormonale se traduc prin: instabilitate emo\u021bional\u0103, iritabilitate, anxietate crescut\u0103; tulbur\u0103ri de somn \u0219i concentrare; sc\u0103derea libidoului; o vulnerabilitate mai mare la simptome depresive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studii longitudinale arat\u0103 c\u0103 femeile aflate \u00een perimenopauz\u0103 au <strong>de dou\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la trei ori mai multe \u0219anse<\/strong> s\u0103 experimenteze simptome depresive moderate sau severe, chiar dac\u0103 nu au avut un istoric anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 vulnerabilitate nu e \u201esl\u0103biciune\u201d, ci o consecin\u021b\u0103 neurochimic\u0103 \u0219i psihologic\u0103 real\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dincolo de hormoni: o etap\u0103 de reorganizare a sinelui<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 dimensiunea biologic\u0103, perimenopauza este o <strong>etap\u0103 de tranzi\u021bie existen\u021bial\u0103<\/strong>.<br>Dup\u0103 decenii \u00een care energia psihic\u0103 a fost orientat\u0103 spre exterior &#8211; copii, partener, munc\u0103 &#8211; femeia se vede confruntat\u0103 cu \u00eentrebarea: \u201eCine sunt eu c\u00e2nd nu mai sunt doar ce am oferit celorlal\u021bi?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este o reconfigurare profund\u0103 a <strong>identit\u0103\u021bii feminine<\/strong>: de la rol la esen\u021b\u0103, de la func\u021bional la autentic.<br>\u00cen termenii psihologiei analitice perimenopauza deschide procesul de <strong>individuare<\/strong> &#8211; o \u00eentoarcere a energiei c\u0103tre interior, c\u0103tre integrarea p\u0103r\u021bilor uitate ale sinelui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consecin\u021be emo\u021bionale frecvente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sensibilitate emo\u021bional\u0103 crescut\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 reac\u021bii dispropor\u021bionate la stimuli minori, iritabilitate, triste\u021be f\u0103r\u0103 cauz\u0103 clar\u0103. Acest fenomen este explicat neurochimic prin sc\u0103derea stabiliz\u0103rii serotoninei \u0219i dopaminergice, dar \u0219i psihologic prin <strong>activarea temelor de pierdere \u0219i redefinire<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anxietate legat\u0103 de viitor<\/strong> \u2013 frica de \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire, de irelevan\u021b\u0103, de \u201esf\u00e2r\u0219itul feminit\u0103\u021bii\u201d.<br>\u00cen realitate, e frica de pierdere a identit\u0103\u021bii \u00eentr-o societate care valorizeaz\u0103 tinere\u021bea, nu experien\u021ba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u0103derea \u00eencrederii \u00een sine<\/strong> \u2013 corpul se schimb\u0103, iar imaginea de sine e zguduit\u0103.<br>Ceea ce \u00eenainte era predictibil devine acum imprevizibil: dispozi\u021bia, somnul, energia, rela\u021biile. De aici apar adesea conflicte de cuplu sau retragere social\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce ajut\u0103 din perspectiv\u0103 clinic\u0103 \u0219i psihologic\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Evaluare medical\u0103 integrat\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orice interven\u021bie \u00eencepe cu <strong>investiga\u021bie endocrinologic\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i discu\u021bie deschis\u0103 cu medicul ginecolog. Exist\u0103 tratamente \u0219i suplimente (HRT, fitoestrogeni, adaptogeni) care pot stabiliza baza hormonal\u0103.<br>Dar la fel de important este <strong>dialogul interdisciplinar<\/strong> \u00eentre medic, psiholog \u0219i femeie &#8211; pentru o abordare holistic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Interven\u021bii psihologice bazate pe dovezi \u0219i profunzime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abord\u0103rile cognitiv-comportamentale (CBT, ACT, DBT) au demonstrat eficien\u021b\u0103 \u00een reducerea simptomelor afective perimenopauzale, \u00een special \u00een <strong>gestionarea anxiet\u0103\u021bii, a insomniei \u0219i a g\u00e2ndurilor catastrofice<\/strong> de tipul: \u201enu mai sunt eu\u201d, \u201enu o s\u0103 mai fiu niciodat\u0103 ca \u00eenainte\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste interven\u021bii pot aduce o <strong>stabilizare pe termen scurt<\/strong>, o prim\u0103 reconectare la sentimentul de control asupra corpului \u0219i a vie\u021bii de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dincolo de reglarea simptomului, <strong>terapiile psihodinamice \u0219i analitice<\/strong> pot merge \u0219i mai ad\u00e2nc:<br>exploreaz\u0103 <strong><em>semnifica\u021bia psihic\u0103<\/em><\/strong> a acestei tranzi\u021bii, nu doar reac\u021bia la ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen viziunea psihanalitic\u0103, perimenopauza reprezint\u0103 un <strong>moment de reconfigurare a Eului<\/strong>, o \u201erevolu\u021bie lini\u0219tit\u0103\u201d \u00een care femeia renegociaz\u0103 rela\u021bia cu propria feminitate, cu corpul, cu timpul \u0219i cu sinele interior. Simptomele nu sunt doar expresii hormonale, ci semnale c\u0103 o parte a sinelui cere s\u0103 fie v\u0103zut\u0103, recunoscut\u0103, reintegrat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, terapia devine un spa\u021biu nu doar de reglare, ci de <strong>re\u00eentregire<\/strong>: un loc \u00een care femeia poate da sens transform\u0103rii, nu doar s\u0103 o \u201econtroleze\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Reantrenarea func\u021biei reflexive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Func\u021bia reflexiv\u0103 \u2013 capacitatea de a reflecta asupra propriei st\u0103ri mentale \u2013 scade \u00een perioadele de stres hormonal.<br>A o reantrena \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103-\u021bi spui zilnic: \u201eCe simt acum? Ce \u00eemi spune corpul meu, nu ce ar trebui s\u0103 simt?\u201d<br>Jurnalul reflexiv, medita\u021bia ghidat\u0103 \u0219i respira\u021bia con\u0219tient\u0103 ajut\u0103 la restabilirea leg\u0103turii dintre corp \u0219i emo\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Rela\u021bii care sprijin\u0103, nu cer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perimenopauza este un test pentru toate rela\u021biile: de cuplu, de prietenie, profesionale.<br>Partenerul care ofer\u0103 <strong>validare emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong> (\u201e\u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi e greu, sunt aici\u201d) este un factor de protec\u021bie major.<br>\u00cen schimb, ne\u00een\u021belegerea (\u201ete pl\u00e2ngi prea mult\u201d, \u201ee doar o faz\u0103\u201d) poate accentua simptomatologia anxioas\u0103 sau depresiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru multe femei, <strong>a vorbi deschis cu alte femei care trec prin aceea\u0219i etap\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; fie \u00een grupuri de sprijin, fie \u00een contexte terapeutice &#8211; aduce o form\u0103 de alinare \u0219i normalizare pe care niciun sfat medical nu o poate \u00eenlocui.<br>A \u0219ti c\u0103 nu e\u0219ti singur\u0103, c\u0103 \u0219i alt corp, alt psihic, alt\u0103 poveste tr\u0103iesc acelea\u0219i transform\u0103ri, devine un act profund vindec\u0103tor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Reconectarea cu corpul ca surs\u0103 de cunoa\u0219tere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi\u0219carea lent\u0103, somatic\u0103 \u2013 yoga, stretching, dans con\u0219tient \u2013 ajut\u0103 la reglarea axei cortizolului \u0219i restabilirea dopaminic\u0103.<br>Corpul nu trebuie for\u021bat, ci ascultat.<br>Perimenopauza nu cere \u201edisciplin\u0103\u201d, ci <strong>colaborare cu propriul organism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De ce este esen\u021bial\u0103 validarea acestei etape<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Societatea \u00een care tr\u0103im are o toleran\u021b\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 la tranzi\u021bii \u0219i o obsesie pentru control.<br>Dar perimenopauza nu se \u201erezolv\u0103\u201d prin voin\u021b\u0103. Ea cere \u00een primul r\u00e2nd <strong>recunoa\u0219tere<\/strong> &#8211; din partea femeii, a partenerului \u0219i a lumii din jur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd femeile primesc spa\u021biu s\u0103-\u0219i povesteasc\u0103 experien\u021ba f\u0103r\u0103 ru\u0219ine, se schimb\u0103 ceva fundamental: tranzi\u021bia devine <strong>proces de transformare<\/strong>, nu <strong>declin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, perimenopauza nu este o perioad\u0103 \u00een care femeia \u201ese pierde\u201d.
