Ce citesc, ce ascult\u0103, ce cred c\u0103 le place &#8211; toate sunt influen\u021bate de mecanisme invizibile care le structureaz\u0103 aten\u021bia \u0219i preferin\u021bele.<br>\u00cen acest context, <strong>sim\u021bul critic devine o competen\u021b\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, nu doar o abilitate intelectual\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar g\u00e2ndirea critic\u0103 nu se reduce la a pune \u00eentreb\u0103ri logice sau la a verifica surse.<br>Ea e str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de <strong>structura psihologic\u0103 intern\u0103 a copilului<\/strong> &#8211; de felul \u00een care a fost \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 incertitudinii, gre\u0219elii, frustr\u0103rii \u0219i diferen\u021bei de opinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De ce sim\u021bul critic nu se \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 doar la \u0219coal\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile recente \u00een psihologia cognitiv\u0103 \u0219i neuro\u0219tiin\u021be arat\u0103 c\u0103 <em>judecata critic\u0103<\/em> depinde de o func\u021bie psihologic\u0103 profund\u0103 numit\u0103 <strong>func\u021bie reflexiv\u0103<\/strong> (Fonagy &amp; Target, 1997).<br>Aceasta reprezint\u0103 capacitatea de a reflecta asupra propriilor st\u0103ri mentale \u0219i asupra celor ale celorlal\u021bi &#8211; adic\u0103 de a te g\u00e2ndi <em>la ceea ce g\u00e2nde\u0219ti<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Func\u021bia reflexiv\u0103 nu apare brusc la adolescen\u021b\u0103, ci se formeaz\u0103 treptat, \u00eenc\u0103 din primii ani de via\u021b\u0103, \u00een rela\u021bia cu \u00eengrijitorii principali (primary caregivers).<br>C\u00e2nd copilul este ascultat, validat \u0219i \u00eencurajat s\u0103 exprime ce simte &#8211; chiar \u0219i c\u00e2nd gre\u0219e\u0219te &#8211; el \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 c\u0103: \u201eG\u00e2ndurile mele conteaz\u0103, dar nu sunt adev\u0103r absolut.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta este baza s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 a sim\u021bului critic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00e2ndirea critic\u0103 \u0219i toleran\u021ba la gre\u0219eal\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi copii \u0219i adolescen\u021bi din genera\u021biile actuale au o rela\u021bie fragil\u0103 cu ideea de incertitudine \u0219i eroare.<br>Sistemul educa\u021bional (dar \u0219i mediul social) le-a transmis adesea c\u0103 \u201ea gre\u0219i\u201d \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201ea e\u0219ua\u201d.<br>Astfel, \u00een loc s\u0103 exploreze, ei caut\u0103 siguran\u021ba absolut\u0103, algoritmul perfect, r\u0103spunsul garantat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar analiza critic\u0103 presupune tocmai abilitatea de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een spa\u021biul incertitudinii f\u0103r\u0103 a te pr\u0103bu\u0219i.<br>A \u0219ti s\u0103 spui: \u201eNu \u0219tiu \u00eenc\u0103\u201d sau \u201ePoate am gre\u0219it\u201d e un semn de maturitate psihologic\u0103, nu de sl\u0103biciune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen termeni psihanalitici, aceast\u0103 capacitate se leag\u0103 de <strong>for\u021ba Eului<\/strong> &#8211; acea parte din personalitate care poate tolera tensiunea dintre dorin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i realitate, dintre nevoia de control \u0219i limitele lumii.<br>Un Eu puternic nu este cel care \u0219tie tot, ci cel care poate r\u0103m\u00e2ne curios \u00een fa\u021ba necunoscutului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Func\u021bia reflexiv\u0103 &#8211; inima g\u00e2ndirii critice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd copilul \u00eentreab\u0103 \u201ede ce?\u201d sau \u201ede unde \u0219tii?\u201d, el nu caut\u0103 doar un r\u0103spuns, ci exerseaz\u0103 func\u021bia reflexiv\u0103.<br>Dac\u0103 adultul \u00eei ofer\u0103 explica\u021bii deschise, \u00eel ascult\u0103 \u0219i \u00eei permite s\u0103 formuleze propriile interpret\u0103ri, copilul \u00eenva\u021b\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePot s\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc despre ceea ce g\u00e2ndesc.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 capacitate \u00eel va ajuta mai t\u00e2rziu s\u0103 nu se identifice orbe\u0219te cu o opinie, o ideologie sau o surs\u0103 online.<br>El va putea <strong>g\u00e2ndi cu mintea lui, dar \u0219i despre mintea lui<\/strong> &#8211; o dubl\u0103 mi\u0219care esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru echilibru interior \u0219i discern\u0103m\u00e2nt social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum putem sus\u021bine aceast\u0103 dezvoltare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Normalizeaz\u0103 gre\u0219eala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gre\u0219eala este una dintre cele mai eficiente forme de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, dar \u0219i una dintre cele mai evitate.<br>C\u00e2nd copilul este criticat sau ironizat pentru o gre\u0219eal\u0103, el \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 a \u00eencerca este riscant.<br>C\u00e2nd este \u00eencurajat s\u0103 reflecteze (\u201eCe crezi c\u0103 ai putea face diferit data viitoare?\u201d), el \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 eroarea este o surs\u0103 de cre\u0219tere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihologic, acceptarea gre\u0219elii \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te <strong>Eul<\/strong>, pentru c\u0103 \u00eel ajut\u0103 pe copil s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 stabil chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd imaginea de sine este zguduit\u0103.<br>Adul\u021bii care au fost \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba\u021bi \u00een copil\u0103rie c\u0103 gre\u0219eala este permis\u0103 devin, la maturitate, mai autonomi, mai flexibili \u0219i mai capabili s\u0103-\u0219i revizuiasc\u0103 propriile idei &#8211; adic\u0103 exact ceea ce presupune g\u00e2ndirea critic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cultiv\u0103 toleran\u021ba la frustrare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toleran\u021ba la frustrare \u00eenseamn\u0103 capacitatea de a suporta faptul c\u0103 nu ob\u021binem imediat ce ne dorim, c\u0103 lucrurile nu ies mereu a\u0219a cum vrem \u0219i c\u0103 via\u021ba nu se adapteaz\u0103 constant dorin\u021bei noastre. Aceast\u0103 capacitate se formeaz\u0103 treptat, prin mici experien\u021be de am\u00e2nare \u0219i prin limite coerente, nu punitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd copilul este l\u0103sat s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 disconfortul de a a\u0219tepta, \u00een timp ce adultul r\u0103m\u00e2ne calm \u0219i prezent, el \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 dou\u0103 lucruri esen\u021biale: \u201eNu am totul acum, dar sunt \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103.\u201d \u201ePot suporta tensiunea dintre dorin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i realitate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 devine un exerci\u021biu intern de autoreglare &#8211; o piatr\u0103 de temelie pentru rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i pentru maturitatea g\u00e2ndirii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Vorbe\u0219te despre \u201ecum \u0219tii ce \u0219tii\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd copilul afirm\u0103 ceva (\u201eAm v\u0103zut pe TikTok c\u0103&#8230;\u201d), nu-l contrazice direct, ci \u00eentreab\u0103:<br>\u201eCum crezi c\u0103 \u0219tiu ei asta?\u201d sau \u201eDe unde \u021bi se pare c\u0103 vine informa\u021bia?\u201d<br>Astfel, \u00eel aju\u021bi s\u0103 observe procesele de g\u00e2ndire \u0219i sursele lor &#8211; o form\u0103 timpurie de metacogni\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Arat\u0103-i c\u0103 incertitudinea e sigur\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adul\u021bii au adesea tendin\u021ba de a oferi certitudini ca s\u0103 reduc\u0103 anxietatea copilului.
