Ele par inofensive, dar \u00een realitate construiesc o cultur\u0103 t\u0103cut\u0103 \u0219i rigid\u0103: <strong>b\u0103ie\u021bii nu au voie s\u0103 simt\u0103 prea mult<\/strong>.<br>Aceast\u0103 \u201ecultur\u0103 a t\u0103cerii masculine\u201d nu e doar un fenomen de limbaj, ci un mecanism psihologic \u0219i social care limiteaz\u0103 dezvoltarea emo\u021bional\u0103 a b\u0103ie\u021bilor \u00eenc\u0103 din copil\u0103rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 cultura t\u0103cerii masculine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihologii americani Mahalik (2023) \u0219i Chu (2024) definesc aceast\u0103 cultur\u0103 ca un set de norme sociale care descurajeaz\u0103 exprimarea emo\u021biilor percepute drept \u201eslabe\u201d \u2014 triste\u021be, fric\u0103, vulnerabilitate \u2014 \u0219i care valorizeaz\u0103 autocontrolul, independen\u021ba \u0219i dominan\u021ba.<br>Rezultatul este o <strong>reprimare emo\u021bional\u0103 cronic\u0103<\/strong>, care devine parte a identit\u0103\u021bii masculine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDac\u0103 ar\u0103t ce simt, \u00eemi pierd valoarea.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar \u00een spatele acestei aparente puteri, se ascund adesea anxietate, ru\u0219ine \u0219i singur\u0103tate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De ce e important s\u0103 vorbim despre asta acum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Societatea se schimb\u0103. Fetele sunt \u00eencurajate s\u0103 se exprime, s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 despre emo\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103 cear\u0103 ajutor, \u00een timp ce b\u0103ie\u021bii r\u0103m\u00e2n, adesea, prizonierii unui ideal vechi de \u201eb\u0103rbat tare\u201d.<br>\u00cens\u0103 datele arat\u0103 c\u0103 b\u0103ie\u021bii pl\u0103tesc un pre\u021b psihologic mare pentru t\u0103cerea lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce arat\u0103 studiile interna\u021bionale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B\u0103ie\u021bii care sunt crescu\u021bi cu interdic\u021bia de a-\u0219i exprima emo\u021biile<\/strong> dezvolt\u0103 mai frecvent simptome de anxietate, depresie \u0219i comportamente de risc (Mahalik, 2023; Chu, 2024).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen adolescen\u021b\u0103, reprimarea emo\u021bional\u0103 este corelat\u0103 cu <strong>cre\u0219terea impulsivit\u0103\u021bii, a agresivit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a izol\u0103rii sociale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cercet\u0103ri longitudinale arat\u0103 c\u0103, la maturitate, b\u0103rba\u021bii care nu au fost \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i recunoasc\u0103 emo\u021biile se confrunt\u0103 mai des cu dificult\u0103\u021bi rela\u021bionale \u0219i cu probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103 (Mahalik &amp; Rochlen, <em>Journal of Counseling Psychology<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum arat\u0103 fenomenul \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu exist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 studii na\u021bionale dedicate direct \u201evulnerabilit\u0103\u021bii emo\u021bionale masculine\u201d, dar mai multe date conexe indic\u0103 aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potrivit UNICEF Rom\u00e2nia (2023), b\u0103ie\u021bii sunt semnificativ subreprezenta\u021bi \u00een statisticile de diagnostic al depresiei \u0219i anxiet\u0103\u021bii, de\u0219i datele interna\u021bionale arat\u0103 c\u0103 ei sufer\u0103 la fel de mult. Asta sugereaz\u0103 sub-raportare \u0219i o dificultate cultural\u0103 de a cere ajutor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studiul <em>Young People in Romania<\/em> (Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, 2018\/2019) arat\u0103 c\u0103 tinerii de sex masculin exprim\u0103 niveluri ridicate de incertitudine \u0219i anxietate legat\u0103 de viitor, dar rareori folosesc limbaj emo\u021bional \u2014 vorbesc despre \u201epresiune\u201d, nu despre fric\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raportul Code4Romania (2023) arat\u0103 c\u0103 35 % dintre b\u0103ie\u021bii \u00eentre 15\u201316 ani au jucat jocuri de noroc \u00een ultimul an (fa\u021b\u0103 de 14 % dintre fete). Aceste comportamente de risc pot fi interpretate ca mecanisme de reglare emo\u021bional\u0103 indirect\u0103 \u2014 o form\u0103 de desc\u0103rcare acolo unde nu exist\u0103 dialog emo\u021bional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un alt studiu realizat pe adolescen\u021bi rom\u00e2ni (Ciochin\u0103 &amp; colab., 2020) arat\u0103 c\u0103 lipsa con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii emo\u021bionale cre\u0219te probabilitatea de reac\u021bii impulsive \u0219i comportamente agresive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, b\u0103ie\u021bii din Rom\u00e2nia nu sunt mai pu\u021bin emo\u021bionali \u2014 doar mai pu\u021bin autoriza\u021bi s\u0103 se exprime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 psihologic c\u00e2nd un b\u0103iat \u201enu are voie s\u0103 simt\u0103\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd b\u0103ie\u021bii sunt \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba\u021bi c\u0103 emo\u021biile sunt periculoase, ei \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 le suprime.<br>Dar emo\u021biile suprimate nu dispar &#8211; se transform\u0103. Triste\u021bea devine furie. Teama devine sarcasm. Ru\u0219inea devine retragere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe termen lung, acest model creeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; dificult\u0103\u021bi de conectare emo\u021bional\u0103 \u00een rela\u021bii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; stres somatizat (migrene, tensiune, epuizare);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; risc crescut de comportamente autodistructive (consum, violen\u021b\u0103, izolare);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; lipsa capacit\u0103\u021bii de a cere sprijin &#8211; un predictor direct al suicidului masculin, care, la nivel global, este de 3-4 ori mai ridicat dec\u00e2t la femei (OMS, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum putem sparge cultura t\u0103cerii masculine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. \u00cen familie, putem s<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> red\u0103m emo\u021biilor un limbaj. <\/strong>S\u0103 le oferim b\u0103ie\u021bilor cuvinte pentru ceea ce simt.<br>Nu spunem \u201enu mai pl\u00e2nge\u201d, ci \u201e\u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 te doare\u201d.<br>Nu \u201efii tare\u201d, ci \u201ehai s\u0103 vedem ce putem face cu ce sim\u021bi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103rin\u021bii &#8211; mai ales ta\u021bii &#8211; au un rol uria\u0219: b\u0103ie\u021bii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 masculinitatea privindu-\u0219i modelele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u00cen \u0219coal\u0103: introducem educa\u021bia emo\u021bional\u0103 real\u0103. <\/strong>Atelierele despre emo\u021bii, reglaj, consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i empatie nu trebuie s\u0103 fie doar \u201epentru fete\u201d. B\u0103ie\u021bii au nevoie s\u0103 afle c\u0103 sensibilitatea nu e opusul puterii, ci parte din ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. \u00cen spa\u021biul public promov\u0103m modele masculine autentice. <\/strong>Avem nevoie de b\u0103rba\u021bi publici care vorbesc deschis despre vulnerabilitate, anxietate, e\u0219ec, pierdere. C\u00e2nd un model masculin exprim\u0103 o emo\u021bie, el valideaz\u0103 mii de tineri care nu \u0219tiau c\u0103 au voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. \u00cen terapie creem spa\u021bii dedicate b\u0103ie\u021bilor \u0219i tinerilor. <\/strong>Grupuri de suport, consiliere \u00een \u0219coli, terapie de grup &#8211; toate pot deveni locuri unde tinerii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 pun\u0103 nume pe emo\u021bii, f\u0103r\u0103 ru\u0219ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De la t\u0103cere la curaj<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 vorbim despre vulnerabilitate masculin\u0103 nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 \u201esl\u0103bim\u201d b\u0103ie\u021bii, ci s\u0103-i <strong>eliber\u0103m<\/strong> de o masc\u0103 care \u00eei apas\u0103.<br>Masculinitatea s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 nu se m\u0103soar\u0103 \u00een t\u0103cere \u0219i control, ci \u00een capacitatea de <strong>a fi prezent, empatic \u0219i real<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-o lume \u00een care tot mai mul\u021bi tineri se pierd \u00eentre presiunea de a fi puternici \u0219i nevoia de a fi autentici, a le oferi b\u0103ie\u021bilor permisiunea de a sim\u021bi este un act de educa\u021bie, dar \u0219i de vindecare colectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 puterea adev\u0103rat\u0103 nu vine din a ascunde durerea, ci din a \u0219ti c\u0103 o po\u021bi privi &#8211; \u0219i vorbi despre ea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201eNu pl\u00e2nge, e\u0219ti b\u0103iat.\u201d\u201eFii tare.\u201d\u201eNu te purta ca o fat\u0103.\u201d Sunt expresii care, de genera\u021bii \u00eentregi, se aud \u00een familii, pe terenul de sport sau chiar \u00een \u0219coal\u0103.
