Dac\u0103 programul devine prea \u00eenc\u0103rcat, pot ap\u0103rea iritabilitate, anxietate sau chiar refuzul de a mai merge la activit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De aceea, cheia nu este \u201es\u0103 bif\u0103m c\u00e2t mai multe cursuri\u201d, ci s\u0103 alegem acele activit\u0103\u021bi care <strong>completeaz\u0103 \u0219coala \u0219i \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe adolescen\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bionale \u0219i de comunicare<\/strong>, dar \u0219i s\u0103 se cunoasc\u0103 mai bine. \u0218i, foarte important: s\u0103 ascult\u0103m ce \u00ee\u0219i doresc ei, nu doar ce ne imagin\u0103m noi c\u0103 \u201ele va fi de folos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activit\u0103\u021bi recomandate pentru 11\u201315 ani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
