Pentru p\u0103rintele care vrea s\u0103-l sus\u021bin\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod echilibrat, aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 e un prilej grozav de a cultiva rutine, autonomie \u0219i un sentiment de responsabilitate care va conta enorm mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizarea programului \u0219colar \u0219i extra\u0219colar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aceste v\u00e2rste, copiii au nevoie de predictibilitate. Un program stabil, care alterneaz\u0103 perioade de concentrare cu timp de joac\u0103 liber\u0103, este esen\u021bial pentru dezvoltarea echilibrat\u0103 a aten\u021biei, memoriei \u0219i a stimei de sine. Controlul excesiv asupra fiec\u0103rei activit\u0103\u021bi poate genera rezisten\u021b\u0103 sau anxietate, dar lipsa complet\u0103 a structurii poate crea haos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugestie: stabili\u021bi \u00eempreun\u0103 (p\u0103rinte-copil) o rutin\u0103 zilnic\u0103, cu orare vizuale sau simbolice pentru cei mai mici, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t copilul s\u0103 devin\u0103 participant activ, nu doar executant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce a\u0219tept\u0103ri s\u0103 am de la el la \u00eenceput de an?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103rintele poate sim\u021bi nevoia s\u0103 controleze notele, performan\u021bele, \u201c\u00eencadrarea\u201d \u00eentr-un standard ideal. Dar \u00eentre 6 \u0219i 11 ani, accentul ar trebui pus pe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>formarea de obiceiuri bune de lucru<\/strong> (aten\u021bie, perseveren\u021b\u0103, respectarea indica\u021biilor),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dezvoltarea bucuriei de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba<\/strong>, nu pe rezultat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>r\u0103bdare fa\u021b\u0103 de ritmul individual al copilului<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219tept\u0103rile rezonabile presupun s\u0103 \u00eencuraj\u0103m efortul, nu perfec\u021biunea. S\u0103 l\u0103ud\u0103m procesul \u0219i progresul, nu doar produsul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e2t de multe activit\u0103\u021bi extra\u0219colare? Cum le aleg?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la 11 ani, copiii au nevoie de diversitate, explorare, dar \u0219i de spa\u021bii libere pentru plictiseal\u0103 creativ\u0103. Un program supra\u00eenc\u0103rcat poate epuiza copilul, chiar dac\u0103 pare \u201cpreg\u0103tit pentru orice\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alege activit\u0103\u021bi care:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nu dubleaz\u0103 presiunea academic\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stimuleaz\u0103 pl\u0103cerea \u0219i curiozitatea natural\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>includ mi\u0219care, joc, crea\u021bie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2 activit\u0103\u021bi s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale sunt suficiente pentru majoritatea copiilor, cu un spa\u021biu rezonabil pentru ajust\u0103ri pe parcurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Timpul de ecrane &#8211; c\u00e2nd, c\u00e2t, cum?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aceast\u0103 v\u00e2rst\u0103, copiii sunt extrem de atra\u0219i de tehnologie, dar autoreglarea nu este \u00eenc\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103. De aceea, p\u0103rintele are un rol important \u00een a seta limite clare. Speciali\u0219tii recomand\u0103 <strong>maximum 1-2 ore pe zi de timp de ecran recreativ<\/strong> (TV, jocuri, desene, video), \u00een afara sarcinilor \u0219colare. E esen\u021bial ca acest timp s\u0103 fie supravegheat \u0219i preferabil programat dup\u0103 ce copilul \u0219i-a \u00eendeplinit temele \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bile de baz\u0103. Un principiu simplu: <strong>\u201cjoac\u0103, mi\u0219care, teme &#8211; apoi ecran\u201d<\/strong>. La fel de important este ca p\u0103rintele s\u0103 discute \u00eempreun\u0103 cu copilul despre ce urm\u0103re\u0219te online, cultiv\u00e2nd discern\u0103m\u00e2ntul \u0219i responsabilitatea digital\u0103, nu doar impun\u00e2nd restric\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e2nd \u00eencep s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eengrijorez?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semnale de alarm\u0103 care merit\u0103 aten\u021bie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>evitarea constant\u0103 a \u0219colii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>somatiz\u0103ri frecvente (\u201cm\u0103 doare burta\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 cauze medicale),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schimb\u0103ri bru\u0219te de comportament (agresivitate, izolare),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perfec\u021bionism excesiv sau anxietate crescut\u0103 la teme sau evalu\u0103ri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate acestea pot semnala un dezechilibru emo\u021bional sau o presiune prea mare. Implicarea p\u0103rintelui, cu empatie \u0219i deschidere, poate face diferen\u021ba. Aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 nu este despre \u201ca-\u021bi controla copilul\u201d, ci despre a-l ajuta s\u0103 se autoregleze singur. Limitele rezonabile sunt pun\u021bi de sprijin, nu ziduri.
